FEDEX/DHL (takes 4-10 days, includes with insurance & a tracking number).

We will ship your item within 3-5 business days, sfter your payment.

Our original work’s information (written in both Japanese and English) is enclosed and the item is delivered with our original wrapping paper. (Excluded for rush services).

Both frame and Ukiyo-e will be packed securely. Print only purchases will also be packed in heavy duty cardboard. We also enclose message cards and other communication for you.

We are located in Japan.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
